Disclaimer for Payment and Services at H&R Total Therapies
By booking an appointment with H&R Total Therapies, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions for payment and services. Our services are provided by fully trained staff, and every effort will be made to deliver care to the best of our professional abilities, ensuring no harm or negative effects to the animal or human . However, H&R Total Therapies assumes no responsibility for any injury or changes in the client’s health or behaviour during or after treatment.
Payment Terms:
- Invoices are issued at the end of each month.
- Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
- A first reminder will be sent 4 weeks after the invoice date if the payment is not received.
- A second reminder will be sent 6 weeks after the invoice date if necessary. At this point, if there has been no communication from the client, an administrative fee of €25,- will be applied.
- If there is no communication or payment within 12 weeks of the invoice date, the outstanding invoice will be transferred to www.unpaid.be for collection.
