The first 15 km from Clinic in Achel are complimentary. Beyond this, a fee of € 0,75 per kilometer is applied for round-trips. For routes involving multiple clients or stops, costs are evenly distributed among all clients to ensure fairness.
Disclaimer for Payment and Services at H&R Total Therapies
Payment Terms:
- Invoices are issued at the end of each month.
- Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
- A first reminder will be sent 4 weeks after the invoice date if the payment is not received.
- A second reminder will be sent 6 weeks after the invoice date if necessary. At this point, if there has been no communication from the client, an administrative fee of €25,- will be applied.
- If there is no communication or payment within 12 weeks of the invoice date, the outstanding invoice will be transferred to www.unpaid.be for collection.
