House Rules for Treatments

To ensure a smooth, safe, and effective treatment session for all involved, please take note of the following guidelines:

 For Human Treatments (Mobile Service)

  • Please ensure there is enough clear space to set up a treatment table. If needed, move furniture prior to my arrival to avoid delays.
  • Practising good personal hygiene is appreciated.
  • Clients are asked to supply their own towels:
  • 2 large towels (one to lie on, one for coverage)
  • 1 small towel to cover the face cradle or pillow

For Dog Treatments

  • If your dog has aggressive tendencies, a muzzle must be available for safety.
  • Please ensure:
    • Vaccinations are up to date
    • Your dog is clean and well-groomed before treatment
    • For best results, please provide a quiet space, free from:
    • Loud noise
    • Other animals

This creates a calm and focused environment for both the dog and myself to work effectively.

For Horse Treatments

  • Horses must be:
    • Clean
    • Stabled or securely tied in a safe, quiet area
    • An owner, groom or rider must be present to safely hold the horse during the treatment.
  • Please avoid scheduling competitions or intense training for 2–3 days post-treatment, as horses may require a light workload to fully integrate the session.
  • If the horse has had any recent veterinary treatments or manual therapies, please inform me in advance so I can adjust the session accordingly.
